About Rachel Pong

I am very fortunate to have started my real estate career at a young age in Hong Kong. Since then I have found myself like a sailboat going through beautiful rivers, interesting canyons, rough seas and peaceful harbors. My work is full of challenges, excitement, as well as rewards. Being a realtor for 3 decades, I have gone through good years, tough years and recessions, but nothing can stop my passion in wanting to help people who I’ve met in reaching their dream of homeownership. My goal is to help people make the most important decision in their life.  I treasure the trust they have given me in making their dream happen.

During my ten years in Hong Kong, I grew and learned so much about real estate that I eventually managed and owned my own real estate company.  In 2003 I joined Coldwell Banker in the United States and was enriched with an extensive experience in dealing with the challenges of helping buyers and sellers in the Silicon Valley market.  I am extremely proud that I have been able to help so many clients in such a competitive market.  My accountability, quality presentation, on spot communication skills, sophisticated negotiation technique and diligence stood me out from many other agents in winning multiple offer situations.

Year 2019 will be a new turning point for me. I am proud to have joined Sereno – a wonderful company where my career will thrive in a different way to reach another milestone in my life.

I enjoy cooking and fine dining, love dance and music, appreciate fashion and beautiful things. Traveling around the world is my favorite thing to do in my spare time. I have a son who graduated from the University of South California with a master’s degree in architecture and works for a big architectural firm in Los Angeles.
